1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium lemon
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Cut the lemon in half. Squeeze the juice from one half over the chicken and slice the other half into thin rounds to place on top of the chicken.

Sprinkle the chicken evenly with garlic powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.

Place the lemon slices on top of the seasoned chicken breasts.
