1 pound pre-cooked pulled pork
1 cup bottled BBQ sauce
4 whole hamburger buns
2 cups coleslaw mix
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons butter

In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups of coleslaw mix with 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Stir well and refrigerate while preparing the pork.

In a medium saucepan, combine 1 pound of pre-cooked pulled pork and 3/4 cup of BBQ sauce. Heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.

While the pork is heating, split the hamburger buns and spread each cut side with butter.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and toast the buttered buns for about 2 minutes until golden brown.

To assemble sandwiches, place a generous portion of the heated BBQ pulled pork on the bottom half of each toasted bun.

Top each sandwich with a spoonful of the remaining 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and a portion of the prepared coleslaw.
