For a crunchier wrap, toast the tortillas for 10-15 seconds on each side in a dry skillet before assembling. To prevent the wraps from getting soggy if packing for lunch, place the lettuce between the cheese and the mayo/mustard layers rather than directly on the spread.

4 large flour tortillas
12 oz sliced turkey breast
8 slices cheddar cheese
4 leaves lettuce
1 medium tomato
2 medium red apples
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons honey mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry with paper towels.

Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Wash the apples and slice them into thin wedges, removing the cores.

Lay out the 4 flour tortillas on a clean work surface.

Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of honey mustard on each tortilla.

Layer 3 oz of sliced turkey breast on each tortilla.

Place 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top of the turkey on each tortilla.

Add 1 lettuce leaf and a few tomato slices to each wrap.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly to form a wrap.
