  • 1 scoop (25g) protein powder, vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 medium banana, sliced

  • 1/4 cup blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon almonds, sliced

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
