Chef's Note
For an extra protein boost without changing the flavor profile, I've added protein powder to this simple yogurt bowl. You can prepare this the night before (without the toppings) for an even quicker morning snack. Just add the fruit and nuts right before eating to maintain their texture.

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 scoop (25g) protein powder, vanilla
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 medium banana, sliced
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon almonds, sliced
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the yogurt mixture.

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon over the top and gently swirl it into the yogurt.

Top with 1/2 sliced banana and 1/4 cup of blueberries.

Finish by sprinkling 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds over the top.
