Ingredients
  • 1 whole ciabatta roll

  • 4 oz Italian ham (prosciutto cotto)

  • 2 slices provolone cheese

  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

  • 1 tbsp basil pesto (without olive oil)

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1 medium apple

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt

    Slice the ciabatta roll in half horizontally.

    Spread 1 tbsp of basil pesto on the bottom half of the roll.

    Layer 4 oz of Italian ham on top of the pesto.

    Add 2 slices of provolone cheese on top of the ham.

    Top with 1/4 cup of roasted red peppers and 1/2 cup of baby spinach.
