8 crackers whole grain crackers

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Cube 1/4 cup of low-fat mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of low-fat cheddar cheese into small bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, combine the cheese cubes with 2 tablespoons of almonds, 1 tablespoon of walnuts, and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds.

Add 2 tablespoons of dried cranberries to the mixture.

Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of dried rosemary and 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper over the mix and gently toss to combine.
