For an extra protein boost without changing the flavor profile, I've added vanilla protein powder to this simple yogurt bowl. If you prefer a smoother texture, mix the cinnamon directly into the yogurt rather than sprinkling on top. This makes a perfect post-workout snack or mid-afternoon energy boost!

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 scoop (25g) protein powder, vanilla
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions

In a bowl, add 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt.

Add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder to the yogurt and stir until well combined and smooth.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the yogurt mixture.

Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon across the top.

Add 1/4 cup of blueberries to one side of the bowl.
