Chef's Note
For extra crispiness, brush the outside of the bread with a tiny bit of olive oil before grilling. If you don't have a panini press, use a heavy skillet to press down on the sandwich while it cooks in another pan.

1 large ciabatta roll
4 oz Italian ham (prosciutto cotto)
2 slices provolone cheese
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
4 leaves fresh basil leaves
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 medium apple
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
Instructions

Slice the ciabatta roll horizontally and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp butter with 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning and 1/4 tsp garlic powder.

Spread the seasoned butter on the inside of both halves of the ciabatta roll.

Layer 4 oz of Italian ham and 2 slices of provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll.

Add 1/4 cup of roasted red peppers and 4 fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese.

Close the sandwich with the top half of the roll.

Heat a panini press or skillet over medium heat.

Cook the sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.

While the panini cooks, slice 1 medium apple into wedges.

Mix 3/4 cup Greek yogurt with 1 tsp honey for a side dip.

Serve the panini hot with apple slices and honey yogurt on the side.
