1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 scoop protein powder, vanilla
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 medium banana
1 tablespoon almonds, sliced
1 teaspoon chia seeds

In a bowl, add 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt.
