Ingredients
  • 1 large ciabatta roll

  • 4 oz Italian ham (prosciutto cotto)

  • 2 slices provolone cheese

  • 1/4 cup roasted red peppers

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

  • 4 leaves basil leaves

  • 1 tsp butter

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze

  • 1 medium apple

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt

    Layer 4 oz of Italian ham and 2 slices of provolone cheese on the bottom half of the roll.
