1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon almonds, sliced
Instructions

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop (25g) of vanilla protein powder until well combined.

Wash 1/2 cup of mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Layer half of the yogurt mixture in a serving cup or bowl.

Add half of the mixed berries on top of the yogurt layer.

Add the remaining yogurt mixture as the next layer.

Top with the remaining berries.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the top.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds on top.
