3 slices whole grain bread
6 oz lean deli ham
2 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
1 leaf romaine lettuce
2 slices tomato
2 thin slices red onion
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 medium apple
3/4 cup Greek yogurt

Toast 3 slices of whole grain bread until lightly golden.

Spread 1 tbsp of light mayonnaise on one slice of bread and 2 tsp of Dijon mustard on another slice.

Layer 6 oz of lean deli ham on the mayonnaise-spread bread slice.

Add 2 slices of reduced-fat Swiss cheese on top of the ham.

Place 1 romaine lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, and 2 thin red onion slices on top of the cheese.
