For a creamier texture, mix the chia seeds in with the yogurt and let it sit for 10 minutes before adding the other toppings. This allows the seeds to absorb some moisture and develop a pudding-like consistency.

1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 scoop protein powder, vanilla
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon almonds, sliced

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder until well combined.

Wash 1/2 cup of mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Add the berries to the yogurt mixture.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the yogurt and berries.
