6 oz deli ham (low sodium)
2 slices swiss cheese
2 leaves romaine lettuce
3 slices tomato
2 thin slices red onion
1/2 medium avocado
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp greek yogurt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 medium apple

Toast 3 slices of whole grain bread until lightly golden.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp greek yogurt with 1 tbsp dijon mustard to create a spread.
