1 cup Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Instructions

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder until well combined.

Wash 1/2 cup of mixed berries and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Add the berries to the yogurt mixture.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the yogurt and berries.
