6 oz deli ham (low sodium)
2 slices swiss cheese
2 leaves romaine lettuce
3 slices tomato
2 thin slices red onion
1/2 medium avocado
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 medium apple
1/2 cup greek yogurt

Lightly toast 3 slices of whole grain bread.

Spread 1 tbsp of light mayonnaise on one slice of bread and 2 tsp of dijon mustard on another slice.

Layer 6 oz of deli ham and 2 slices of swiss cheese on the bread with mayonnaise.

Add 2 romaine lettuce leaves, 3 slices of tomato, and 2 thin slices of red onion.

Slice 1/2 avocado and arrange on top of the vegetables.

Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of black pepper over the sandwich fillings.

Place the bread with mustard on top to create a sandwich.

Cut the third slice of bread in half diagonally and place it in the middle of the sandwich to create a club-style sandwich.
