  • 6 oz lean deli ham

  • 2 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese

  • 1 leaf romaine lettuce

  • 2 slices tomato

  • 2 thin slices red onion

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise

  • 1 medium apple

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
