For extra flavor without adding calories, try toasting the bread with a light spritz of olive oil spray. You can also prepare this sandwich the night before (keeping the bread separate) for a quick grab-and-go lunch option.

3 slices whole grain bread
6 oz lean deli ham
2 slices reduced-fat Swiss cheese
1 leaf romaine lettuce
2 slices tomato
2 thin slices red onion
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 medium apple
3/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions

Toast 3 slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.

Spread 1 tbsp of light mayonnaise on one slice of bread and 2 tsp of Dijon mustard on another slice.

Layer 6 oz of lean deli ham on one slice of bread.

Add 2 slices of reduced-fat Swiss cheese on top of the ham.

Place 1 romaine lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, and 2 thin slices of red onion on top of the cheese.

Place the second slice of bread (with mustard) on top of the vegetables.

Cut the sandwich in half and serve with 1 medium apple and 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt on the side.
