Chef's Note
For extra flavor without adding calories, try sprinkling a few drops of hot sauce or balsamic vinegar on the turkey while cooking. You can also prepare the turkey mixture ahead of time and reheat it when you're ready to assemble your wrap for an even quicker lunch.

6 oz ground turkey
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 tortilla large whole wheat tortilla
1/4 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup spinach leaves
1/2 medium tomato, diced
2 tbsp red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup cucumber, diced

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tsp of olive oil.

Add 6 oz of ground turkey to the skillet and break it up with a spatula.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper over the turkey. Mix well.

Cook the ground turkey for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink, stirring occasionally.

While the turkey cooks, mix 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt with 1 tsp of lemon juice in a small bowl to create a simple sauce.

Warm the whole wheat tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it more pliable.

Spread the yogurt-lemon sauce over the center of the tortilla.

Layer 1 cup of spinach leaves down the center of the tortilla.

Add the cooked Italian-seasoned ground turkey on top of the spinach.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese over the turkey.

Add 1/2 medium diced tomato, 1/4 cup diced cucumber, and 2 tbsp of thinly sliced red onion on top.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
