1 medium cucumber
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons red onion
4 oz cooked chicken breast
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 small whole wheat pita bread

Wash the cucumber, remove the ends, and dice into 1/2-inch pieces.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.

Finely dice 2 tablespoons of red onion.

In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper. Mix well.

Dice 4 oz of cooked chicken breast into small cubes and add to the yogurt mixture, stirring to coat evenly.

In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion.
