Chef's Note
For a time-saving tip, you can cook a larger batch of the seasoned ground turkey ahead of time and refrigerate it for up to 3 days. This makes assembling your wrap even quicker on busy weekdays. Just reheat the turkey in the microwave for about 45 seconds before adding it to your wrap.

8 oz ground turkey
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp olive oil
1 tortilla large whole wheat tortilla
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 medium tomato
2 tbsp red onion
1/4 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt
1 tsp lemon juice

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tsp of olive oil.

Add 8 oz of ground turkey to the skillet and break it up with a wooden spoon.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper over the turkey. Mix well.

Cook the turkey for about 8-10 minutes until fully cooked through and no longer pink.

While the turkey cooks, dice 1/2 medium tomato and thinly slice 2 tbsp of red onion.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt with 1 tsp of lemon juice to create a simple sauce.

Warm the whole wheat tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it more pliable.

Spread the yogurt-lemon sauce on the tortilla.

Layer 1 cup of romaine lettuce on the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

Add the cooked Italian-seasoned ground turkey over the lettuce.

Top with diced tomato, sliced red onion, and 1/4 cup of low-fat mozzarella cheese.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
