1/4 cup unflavored whey protein powder
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.

In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup of mixed nuts and 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds.

Pour the honey mixture over the nuts and seeds, stirring until evenly coated.
