1/4 cup peanuts
2 tablespoons whey protein powder (unflavored)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup mixed nuts and 1/4 cup peanuts.

In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon olive oil until well combined.

Pour the honey-oil mixture over the nuts and stir until all nuts are evenly coated.

Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon salt over the nuts and toss to coat evenly.

Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
