  • 2 each large flour tortillas

  • 6 oz deli ham, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese

  • 2 each green onions

  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp sour cream

  • 2 tbsp salsa
