For extra protein, choose a protein powder with at least 20g of protein per scoop. You can also freeze these bites for 30 minutes for a refreshing cold snack on hot days!

1 medium banana
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup rice cereal
Instructions

Slice 1 medium banana into 12 even rounds and place them on a plate.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of vanilla protein powder, and 1 teaspoon of honey until well combined.

Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly on top of each banana slice.

In another small bowl, mix 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt with any remaining peanut butter mixture.

Dip the top of each banana bite into the yogurt mixture.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of rice cereal on top of the bites to add crunch.

Refrigerate for 5 minutes before serving to allow the toppings to set slightly.
