For extra crunch and flavor, you can substitute the rice cereal with crushed nuts or granola. If preparing ahead of time, a light squeeze of lemon juice on the banana slices will prevent browning.

1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey

Slice 1 medium banana into 12 even rounds and place them on a plate.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter, 1 scoop (30g) of vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 teaspoon of honey until well combined.

Spoon the peanut butter mixture onto each banana slice.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of rice cereal over the topped banana slices, gently pressing to help them stick.
