For an even colder shake, freeze your banana chunks ahead of time. This also creates a thicker, more milkshake-like consistency without watering down the flavor with extra ice.

1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
1/2 medium banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
4-5 cubes ice cubes
Instructions

Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to the blender.

Add 1 scoop (30g) of chocolate protein powder to the blender.

Add 1/2 medium banana (sliced) to the blender.

Add 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt to the blender.

Add 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter to the blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder to the blender for extra chocolate flavor.

Add 4-5 ice cubes to the blender.

Blend all ingredients on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
