For an even creamier shake, freeze your banana ahead of time. This eliminates the need for as much ice and creates a thicker, more milkshake-like texture. You can also add a handful of spinach for extra nutrients without changing the chocolate taste!

1 medium banana
1 scoop (30g) chocolate protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
4-5 cubes ice cubes
1 teaspoon honey
Instructions

Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to a blender.

Add 1 medium banana (peeled and broken into chunks) to the blender.

Add 1 scoop (30g) of chocolate protein powder to the blender.

Add 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter to the blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder to the blender.

Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the blender.

Add 4-5 ice cubes to the blender.

Blend all ingredients on high speed for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
