For a no-bake version, simply skip the toasting step and mix all ingredients together. The toasting enhances the flavor of the nuts and oats, but it's optional if you're short on time. You can also customize this mix with your favorite nuts and dried fruits while maintaining the protein content from the whey powder.

2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup rolled oats, 2 tablespoons almonds, 2 tablespoons peanuts, and 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon honey over the mixture and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. Stir until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly toasted and fragrant.
