Chef's Note
For a time-saving tip, cook a larger batch of seasoned ground turkey at the beginning of the week and store it in the refrigerator. This way, you can quickly assemble this wrap in under 5 minutes on busy days. Just reheat the turkey in the microwave for 30-45 seconds before assembling your wrap.

6 oz lean ground turkey
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tortilla large whole wheat tortilla
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/4 medium avocado
1/2 lime lime
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tsp of olive oil.

Add 6 oz of lean ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.

Season the turkey with 1 tsp of taco seasoning, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper. Cook for about 8-10 minutes until the turkey is completely browned and cooked through.

While the turkey cooks, warm the large whole wheat tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it more pliable.

Mash 1/4 of an avocado in a small bowl and squeeze juice from 1/2 lime over it. Mix well.

Spread the mashed avocado on the center of the tortilla.

When the turkey is done, drain any excess liquid and place it on top of the avocado spread.

Top with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt slightly from the heat of the turkey.

Add 1 cup of shredded lettuce and 1/2 cup of diced tomato on top of the turkey and cheese.

Dollop 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt over the vegetables.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up to create a wrap. Cut in half diagonally if desired.
