For a crispier wrap, you can place the assembled wrap in a dry skillet for 1-2 minutes per side. This helps seal it and adds a nice texture. If meal prepping, keep the filling and tortilla separate until ready to eat to prevent sogginess.

6 oz lean ground turkey
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tortilla large whole wheat tortilla
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomato
2 tbsp diced red onion
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp salsa
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tsp of olive oil.

Add 6 oz of lean ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks.

Season the turkey with 1 tsp of taco seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Cook for about 7-8 minutes until fully browned and cooked through.

While the turkey cooks, warm 1 large whole wheat tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it more pliable.

Spread 2 tbsp of plain Greek yogurt on the tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

Layer 1 cup of shredded lettuce, 1/2 cup of diced tomato, and 2 tbsp of diced red onion on top of the yogurt.

Once the turkey is cooked, drain any excess liquid and add it to the tortilla.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese over the turkey and top with 2 tbsp of salsa.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
