Chef's Note
For a time-saving tip, cook a larger batch of seasoned ground turkey at the beginning of the week and store it in the refrigerator. This way, you can quickly assemble this wrap in under 5 minutes on busy weekdays. Just reheat the turkey in the microwave for 30-45 seconds before assembling your wrap.

6 oz lean ground turkey
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
1 tortilla large whole wheat tortilla
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomato
2 tbsp diced red onion
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/4 medium avocado
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add 6 oz of lean ground turkey to the pan and break it up with a wooden spoon.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of taco seasoning, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper over the turkey and stir to combine.

Cook the turkey for 8-10 minutes until fully browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).

While the turkey cooks, warm the whole wheat tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it more pliable.

Mash 1/4 medium avocado in a small bowl and mix with 1 tsp of lime juice.

Spread the mashed avocado on the center of the tortilla.

Spread 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt over the avocado.

Once the turkey is cooked, drain any excess liquid and place it on top of the yogurt.

Top with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup of diced tomato, and 2 tbsp of diced red onion.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
