  • 1 tsp taco seasoning

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tortilla large whole wheat tortilla

  • 2 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce

  • 1/2 medium tomato

  • 2 tbsp red onion

  • 1/4 medium avocado

  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
