6 oz lean ground turkey
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tsp olive oil
1 tortilla large whole wheat tortilla
2 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup romaine lettuce
1/2 medium tomato
2 tbsp red onion
1/4 medium avocado
1/4 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper

Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add 6 oz of lean ground turkey to the skillet and break it up with a wooden spoon.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of taco seasoning, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/8 tsp of black pepper over the turkey. Cook for 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).

While the turkey cooks, dice 1/2 medium tomato and 1/4 medium avocado. Thinly slice 2 tbsp of red onion and shred 1/2 cup of romaine lettuce.

Warm 1 large whole wheat tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds to make it more pliable.

Spread 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt on the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Layer the cooked ground turkey, 1/4 cup of reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, red onion, and avocado in the center of the tortilla.

Sprinkle 1 tsp of lime juice over the fillings.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, tucking in the sides as you go.

Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
