Chef's Note
For a crispier wrap, place the assembled wrap seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side. You can also prep the turkey mixture ahead of time and reheat it when you're ready to assemble your wrap for an even quicker lunch.

6 oz lean ground turkey
1 tsp taco seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tortilla large whole wheat tortilla
1/4 cup black beans
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp salsa
1 tsp olive oil

Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add 6 oz of lean ground turkey to the skillet and break it up with a spatula as it cooks.

When the turkey is almost cooked through (about 5 minutes), add 1 tsp of taco seasoning, 1/4 tsp of garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp of onion powder. Stir to combine.

Add 1/4 cup of black beans to the skillet and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the turkey is fully cooked and the beans are heated through.

Warm the whole wheat tortilla in the microwave for 15 seconds or in a dry pan for 30 seconds per side.

Spread 2 tbsp of plain Greek yogurt in the center of the tortilla.

Add the cooked turkey and bean mixture on top of the yogurt.

Top with 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded lettuce, 1/4 cup of diced tomato, and 2 tbsp of salsa.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.

Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
