For a time-saving tip, prepare the cucumber slices and hummus mixture ahead of time and store them separately in the refrigerator. Assemble just before eating to keep the cucumbers crisp. You can also try different flavored hummus varieties to change up the taste profile!

1/3 cup store-bought hummus
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Wash 1 medium cucumber thoroughly under cold water.

Slice the cucumber into approximately 1/4-inch thick rounds and arrange them on a serving plate.

In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup hummus with 1/2 cup Greek yogurt and mix until smooth.

Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper to the hummus mixture and stir well.
