1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
1/2 medium ripe banana
1 large egg white
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a small baking dish (approximately 5x5 inches) with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, mash 1/2 banana with a fork until smooth.

Add 1 large egg white, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract to the mashed banana. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, combine 1/3 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder, and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
