2 tablespoons whey protein powder (unflavored)

1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup almonds, 1/4 cup walnuts, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, and 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds.

In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.

Pour the honey mixture over the nuts and seeds and stir until evenly coated.
