15 g walnuts
15 g pumpkin seeds
10 g sunflower seeds
25 g whey protein powder
15 g dried cranberries
10 g dried blueberries
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix 15g almonds, 15g walnuts, 15g pumpkin seeds, and 10g sunflower seeds.

Drizzle 1 tsp of honey over the nut and seed mixture and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1/8 tsp salt. Stir until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly golden and fragrant.

Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet (about 10 minutes).

Once cooled, transfer to a bowl and mix in 25g whey protein powder, 15g dried cranberries, and 10g dried blueberries.
