2 scoops chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

In a medium bowl, mash 1 medium banana with a fork until smooth.

Add 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter, and 1 teaspoon of honey to the mashed banana. Mix well until combined.

Stir in 1/4 cup of rolled oats, 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
