Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

Cut 3 oz of roasted turkey breast into small bite-sized pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the turkey pieces for 10-12 minutes until they become slightly crispy, checking halfway to prevent burning.

While the turkey is baking, measure out 1 cup of air-popped popcorn into a large mixing bowl.
