2 oz turkey jerky
1/4 cup roasted edamame
10 each almonds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
1 cup air-popped popcorn
1/4 cup whole grain cereal squares
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut 2 oz of turkey jerky into small bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup roasted edamame, 10 almonds, 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, 2 tablespoons dried cranberries, 1 cup air-popped popcorn, and 1/4 cup whole grain cereal squares.

Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes to lightly toast.

Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Add 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips to the mixture while still slightly warm so they partially melt.
