1 large large flour tortilla
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
6 oz deli ham
3 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup spinach leaves
1/4 cup red bell pepper
1 medium apple
3/4 cup Greek yogurt

Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean work surface.

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp cream cheese with 1 tsp Dijon mustard and 1 tsp honey until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire tortilla.

Layer 6 oz of deli ham evenly over the cream cheese mixture, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.

Place 3 slices of Swiss cheese on top of the ham.

Arrange 1 cup of spinach leaves over the cheese.

Sprinkle 1/4 cup of diced red bell pepper over the spinach.

Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.

Place the rolled tortilla seam-side down and cut into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
