1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon slivered almonds
Instructions

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder until well combined.

Wash and prepare 1/2 cup of mixed berries by removing stems and cutting larger berries like strawberries into smaller pieces.

Add 1 teaspoon of honey to the yogurt mixture and stir well.
