Chef's Note
For the best texture, make sure your protein powder blends well without clumping. If you don't have a ripe banana, you can substitute with 2 tablespoons of unsweetened applesauce. This pudding can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days in an airtight container.

2 scoops (60g) chocolate protein powder
1 cup (245g) Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons almond milk, unsweetened
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 medium banana, ripe
1/4 cup fresh berries

In a medium bowl, add 2 scoops (60g) of chocolate protein powder and 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

Add 1 cup (245g) of plain non-fat Greek yogurt to the bowl.

Add 2 teaspoons of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Mash 1/2 medium ripe banana and add it to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk and mix all ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more almond milk.

Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to allow the pudding to set.

Serve topped with 1/4 cup of fresh berries.
