  • 1 cup (245g) Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 medium banana, ripe

  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
