Chef's Note

For an even creamier texture, blend all ingredients in a blender instead of whisking by hand. You can prepare this pudding the night before and keep it refrigerated for a quick grab-and-go snack the next day. The protein powder you choose will affect the final taste, so use one you already enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 2 scoops (60g) chocolate protein powder

  • 1 cup (245g) Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 tablespoons almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup fresh berries

Instructions
  • 1

In a medium bowl, add 2 scoops (60g) of chocolate protein powder and 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

  • 2

Add 1 cup (245g) of plain non-fat Greek yogurt to the bowl.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

  • 4

  • 7

Top with 1/4 cup fresh berries before serving.
