2 scoops (60g) chocolate protein powder
1 cup (245g) Greek yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup fresh berries

In a medium bowl, add 2 scoops (60g) of chocolate protein powder and 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

Add 1 cup (245g) of plain non-fat Greek yogurt to the bowl.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Add 1 tablespoon of honey to sweeten.

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined, about 2-3 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more almond milk.

Transfer the pudding to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes to set slightly.
