1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup mixed nuts and 1/4 cup rolled oats.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon olive oil. Microwave for 15 seconds until warm and easily mixable.

Pour the honey-oil mixture over the nut mixture and stir until evenly coated.
