  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews)

  • 1/4 cup whey protein powder (unflavored)

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
