1/4 cup peanuts
2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup mixed nuts, 1/4 cup peanuts, and 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon olive oil. Microwave for 15 seconds until warm and easy to stir.

Pour the honey mixture over the nuts and seeds, then add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
