1/4 cup whey protein powder (unflavored)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup mixed nuts with 1 teaspoon olive oil and stir until nuts are lightly coated.

Add 1 tablespoon honey to the nuts and stir until evenly distributed.

Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon salt over the nut mixture and toss to coat evenly.

Spread the nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.
