Chef's Note
For an extra protein boost without changing the flavor profile, I've added a scoop of vanilla protein powder. You can prepare this the night before and refrigerate for a grab-and-go breakfast or snack. The chia seeds add a nice texture and extra nutrients!

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Instructions

In a bowl, mix 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 scoop (30g) of vanilla protein powder until well combined and smooth.

Wash and slice 1/2 cup of strawberries. Wash 1/4 cup of blueberries.

Top the yogurt mixture with the prepared berries.

Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over the berries.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds on top.
