Chef's Note
For an extra protein boost, you can use a 2% fat Greek yogurt instead of whole milk yogurt. The nuts and seeds add a satisfying crunch while contributing healthy fats. If blueberries aren't available, any fresh berries will work well!

1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon walnuts
1 tablespoon almonds
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions

Spoon 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt into a serving bowl.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over the yogurt.

Chop 1 tablespoon of walnuts and 1 tablespoon of almonds, then sprinkle over the yogurt.

Add 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries on top.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon over everything.
